Thank you for using Baby Gen AI (“the App”), an AI-powered baby face generator that allows users to upload photos and generate baby predictions using advanced artificial intelligence models. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including any data derived from facial images.
AI Image Generation Disclaimer
Our applications that provide AI-based image generation (including but not limited to Baby Generator and AI Photo Editing tools) use artificial intelligence models to create or modify images based on user inputs. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No Guarantee of Accuracy: Generated images are synthetic creations and may not accurately represent reality. For example, baby prediction images are for entertainment purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical, genetic, or scientific predictions.
No Liability for Outputs: We are not responsible for offensive, inaccurate, misleading, or unexpected image outputs. Use of generated images is at your sole risk.
User Responsibility: You agree not to use generated images in ways that violate applicable laws, infringe third-party rights, or cause harm to others.
Content Moderation: You may not use the Services to generate unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove access if we detect abuse.
Intellectual Property: You retain rights to the photos you upload. We retain rights to the underlying software and AI models. Generated images are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Information We Collect
When you use Baby Gen AI, we may collect the following types of data:
Facial Images: You may choose to upload photos that include human faces to generate a baby face.
Generated Baby Image: Created using third-party AI models.
Local Storage: Photos are also stored locally on your device for your convenience and quick access through the app’s History tab.
Device Data: Such as your device type, operating system, and general usage metrics for performance monitoring.
Purchase Information: If you subscribe to premium features via Apple’s in-app purchases, we receive confirmation from Apple but not your payment details.
2. Use of Facial Data
We use your uploaded facial images for the sole purpose of generating baby face predictions via a third-party AI model hosted on Replicate.
Your face images are:
- Uploaded securely to Firebase Cloud Storage for short-term processing
- Sent to the AI model (hosted by Replicate) to generate the output image
- Replicate discards all input and output photos after an hour from after generation (https://replicate.com/docs/reference/how-does-replicate-work)
- Deleted automatically from Firebase within 10 minutes
3. Data Sharing and Storage
We do NOT share or sell your facial data to advertisers or third-party marketers.
Facial images are temporarily stored in Google Firebase Storage.
Access is restricted using Firebase Security Rules and HTTPS encryption.
Images are passed only to the Replicate AI model for generation and never reused or retained by the model provider.
4. Retention of Facial Data
Uploaded photos are stored temporarily (up to 10 minutes) in Firebase to allow for generation.
After this retention period, photos are automatically and permanently deleted.
Photos are also stored locally on your device to allow convenient re-access through the app’s History tab.
You may manually delete photos via the app’s History tab at any time.
5. Your Rights and Controls
You have the right to:
Request deletion of any stored data
Withdraw consent at any time by stopping use of the App

6. Security
We implement industry-standard practices to secure all collected data, including:
Firebase Security Rules for storage
HTTPS encryption during all data transfers
No persistent biometric or facial data profiling

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of these changes.
