For app support, privacy requests, billing questions or a content complaint, email us with the app name and a description of the issue.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, illegal imagery or unnecessary sensitive information. We use your message and contact details to respond, resolve the issue and maintain records needed for support, security or legal obligations. Our email service processes these communications.

For an Apple-billed subscription, manage renewal in Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting an app or emailing support does not automatically cancel renewal. You can request an eligible refund through Apple; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
